66gg Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Registration & Eligibility

To create a 66gg account and use any service on the platform — Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or promotions — you must meet all of the following requirements, no exceptions:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all fields of the registration form;
• Not having any other active or closed 66gg account linked to the same CPF, email address, or mobile number;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on 66gg or in any other self-exclusion program to which 66gg is linked.

66gg reserves the right to request identity verification at any time during the life of the account. This may include submitting a copy of a photo ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address, and, for large withdrawal amounts, proof of the source of funds. Refusing to provide the required documentation may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the review is complete.

By creating your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming rules of 66gg. Acceptance is a mandatory condition for using any feature of the platform.

2Account Management

Your 66gg account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account, regardless of who performed it.

If you suspect unauthorized access, lose your password, or believe your credentials have been compromised, contact 66gg support immediately via live chat (available 24/7) or at suporte@66gg.life. 66gg will take appropriate steps to secure your account once notified, but is not liable for losses incurred before the report is made.

• Sharing access credentials with third parties for any reason is prohibited;
• Using another person's account, even with the account holder's permission, is strictly prohibited;
• Creating an account on behalf of a third party or a legal entity is strictly prohibited;
• The account must be used exclusively for personal entertainment purposes, never for commercial use or resale of services.

66gg may monitor account activity to identify behavior that violates these terms, including suspicious betting, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Accounts showing suspicious activity may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the review is in progress.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 66gg are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). No other currency is accepted for deposits or withdrawals. The available payment methods are:

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix. For other methods, the minimum amount may vary and will be shown on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction. Pix deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation. Bank slips (boleto bancário) may take up to 3 business days to clear.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the bonus balance — after meeting the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion — become available for withdrawal. Real money deposited by the user can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonuses, provided there are no restrictions related to identity verification or an ongoing investigation.

If a deposit is charged back by the card issuer or bank after the funds have been used on the platform, 66gg reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the available account balance or, if the balance is insufficient, to recover the amount through applicable legal means.

4Bonuses & Promotions

66gg offers a variety of promotions for players — welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, freebets tied to the Brasileirão, slots tournaments, reload bonuses, and VIP program perks. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published on the platform's Promotions page. This article sets out the general rules that apply to all promotions, unless stated otherwise in the specific conditions of each offer.

• Rollover: each bonus has a rollover multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible bets before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for 66gg's welcome bonus is 10× the bonus amount within 30 days;
• Timeframe: unused bonuses or bonuses with an unmet rollover within the valid period are automatically cancelled. Real money deposited by the user remains intact;
• Eligibility: welcome promotions are valid exclusively for new registrations. Each CPF is entitled to a single redemption of each welcome promotion;
• Game contribution: bets on different sports or game types may contribute different percentages toward meeting the rollover requirement. Contribution rates per game type are described in the specific conditions of each bonus;
• Promotion abuse: 66gg may revoke bonuses and close accounts that use promotions abusively, including through multiple accounts, betting only on low-risk markets to meet rollover requirements, or any pattern identified as systematic exploitation of promotions.

66gg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that no direct harm is caused to bonuses already activated by users who have completed the corresponding qualifying deposit. Promotions are personal and non-transferable.

5Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 66gg covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The availability of sports and markets may vary over time.

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting on 66gg:

1. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the valid odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes;
2. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except in cases of a proven technical error on the part of the platform;
3. If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 36 hours, or not completed under normal terms, all related bets are voided and the stakes are returned to the bettor's balance;
4. In the event of an error in markets or odds caused by a technical failure, 66gg reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts staked;
5. 66gg may cap the maximum bet amount per market, per event, or per account at any time, without providing a reason;
6. Bets that rely on insider information or arrangements between event participants will be voided and may result in account closure.

Cash out (early bet settlement) is available on selected markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake. Cash out availability is not guaranteed until the event is settled.

6Casino Rules

The 66gg casino section includes slots, roulette (European, American, French, and live), blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live game shows. All variants have their RTP (Return to Player) published on the game page, so players can make informed decisions before playing.

• The outcomes of all 66gg casino games are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, by real physical results streamed in real time;
• Technical failures during a game round (disconnection, screen freeze) are logged on the server. If a verified failure affects the outcome, 66gg will restore the round or refund the amount wagered;
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that alters the standard behaviour of the games is strictly prohibited;
• Bet limits per round are displayed on each game and may vary depending on the player's VIP level;
• Games played in demo mode do not generate real winnings or affect the bonus balance.

7Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss limit: set a net loss limit per period. Once the limit is reached, new bets with real-money balance are blocked until the next period;
• Temporary break: pause your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. While paused, login is blocked and promotional emails are suspended;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a permanent block on new registrations using the same CPF. This action is irreversible.

8Account Closure

You can request voluntary account closure at any time through 66gg support via live chat or email. Before closure, any available real money balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key, following identity verification when required. Unused bonus balance is cancelled without refund.

66gg may close or suspend an account on its own initiative in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or registration details;
• Systematic and intentional abuse of promotions;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward support team members;
• Requesting a chargeback with your card issuer after funds have already been used on the platform.

If the account is closed by 66gg due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms, the available balance may be held during the investigation period and returned in full or in part depending on the outcome.

9Limitation of Liability

66gg provides its services on an as-is basis, with ongoing efforts to maintain availability and quality. However, 66gg is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues;
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves;
• Internet connection issues or user device failures that affect gaming sessions;

• Unauthorized use of the account by the user that was not reported to 66gg before it occurred.

In the event of a proven technical failure by 66gg that results in incorrect losses or winnings, the resolution will be based on server records, which take precedence over any screenshot or evidence submitted by the user.

10Intellectual Property

All content on 66gg — logos, text, images, layout, source code, trade names, and the 66gg brand — is the property of 66gg or its licensing partners. Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on platform content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Using 66gg's services does not grant the user any rights over the intellectual property of the platform or the games made available. The games and their content are licensed by partner providers and governed by their own license terms.

11Changes to Terms and Conditions

66gg may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active users at least 7 days in advance. Minor wording changes or error corrections may be made without prior notice.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any change takes effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a significant change, you must close your account before the change comes into effect.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Brazil. In the event of a dispute between the user and 66gg, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's official support.

Disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the user's jurisdiction, as provided under the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) for consumer relationships carried out in Brazil.
